You may return or exchange eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Charges:
A return processing fee of ₹80 will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at hi@galexiya.com within the return period with a product opening video showing the condition of the item without any cuts or pauses.
Once your return is approved you will receive packing slip on email. Kindly pack the product and dispatch the product to the address mentioned in the pickup slip.
4. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and in the same packaging as received. The product opening video is required without any cuts or pauses to ensure the authenticity of the return request.
5. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
6. Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Any return shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
7. Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not been processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
